Brandon Miller remains central to the offense after signing his contract extension. He scored 39 against Washington and followed with 31 points and 12 rebounds in Detroit. Grayson Allen supplied 27 points from the bench against Philadelphia, while Miller added 24. Charlotte failed to protect its late lead in that game.
Coby White is available for his season debut after a left calf strain. A minutes limit is expected rather than confirmed. Kon Knueppel has resumed practice work through Greensboro but remains out, as does Grant Williams. The starting projection still includes Dennis Schroder and Sion James, but White's role has not been confirmed.
