// THE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
WagerBird is the institutional analytics layer for the sports markets. The partnership program is structured in two tracks: a standard affiliate program for operators who already have audiences, and a fractional institutional media participation program, executed with NetClicks, for partners who have capital but not marketing infrastructure.
// THE OPPORTUNITY
US sports betting is in the early innings of a multi-decade mainstreaming. Prediction markets are arriving in parallel. The category is at a stage analogous to where public equity markets sat earlier in their own institutionalization: rapidly expanding, increasingly mainstream, and creating real opportunity for sophisticated participants.

WagerBird publishes confidence-scored research and live-market intelligence for the sports markets. Hotsheet for tonight, Terminal for the portfolio, Quantum for the institutional client. The partnership program is how operators and capital partners participate in that thesis, on terms that match what they bring.
// TWO PATHS
Most affiliate programs assume partners arrive with three things already in hand: an audience, marketing skill, and the operational infrastructure to deploy them. Most people who want to participate in this category have one of those at most. WagerBird's program is built to address both audiences, on terms that match what they bring.
// TRACK 01 · STANDARD AFFILIATE
For partners with existing audiences, marketing capability, and operational infrastructure. Traditional affiliate mechanics, paying out from day one.
// TRACK 02 · FRACTIONAL MEDIA
For partners with capital but without an audience or marketing infrastructure. Purchase fractional participation in institutional-scale media campaigns. Revenue is performance-based and proportional to your share.
// THE EXECUTION PARTNER
NetClicks is an institutional media buying and marketing services firm. The kinds of placements they execute, broadcast television, satellite radio, programmatic display at scale, paid social run as managed campaigns, are normally out of reach for individual marketers. They produce results that an individual cannot achieve, at a price an individual cannot negotiate.
The fractional track exists because of the WagerBird × NetClicks partnership specifically. NetClicks brings the buying capability; WagerBird brings the converting offer (Hotsheet, Terminal, the confidence model). Fractional participants get exposure to both sides of that pairing. The partnership is exclusive: NetClicks does not bring this fractional model to other operators in the sports betting category.
// HOW FRACTIONAL WORKS
Fractional institutional media participation is not a blind pool. Each campaign is designed, scoped, and offered with documented terms. Participants choose what they participate in, see how it performs in real time, and receive distribution against a methodology they reviewed before they committed capital.
WagerBird and NetClicks design a media campaign with defined scope, geographies, channels, timeline, and target audience.
Qualified partners receive a written brief: campaign parameters, total budget, expected reach, and the participation share schedule.
Partners select a fractional participation size and execute the participation agreement before the campaign goes live.
NetClicks runs the campaign across the agreed channels. Performance data flows in real time into the WagerBird attribution layer.
TrackDesk allocates conversions to specific campaigns using campaign-tagged links and pixel placement, not pooled accounting.
Revenue from attributed conversions is calculated against the campaign's distribution methodology and disbursed on the documented schedule.
Every campaign carries a written brief. Scope, channels, expected reach, and the distribution methodology are defined before participation, not after.
Campaigns are tagged at the link and pixel level. The marketing site already runs TrackDesk on the existing affiliate program, so the infrastructure is in place.
Partners get a dashboard showing campaign performance and their individual share. No batched reports, no quarterly opacity.
// WHO THIS IS FOR
Neither path is “better” than the other. They serve different starting positions. Read both descriptions and match the path to the resources you actually bring.
// STANDARD AFFILIATE PATH
// FRACTIONAL MEDIA PATH
// IF NEITHER LIST FITS, THE PARTNERSHIP IS NOT THE RIGHT VEHICLE.
// APPLICATION AND PROCESS
The standard affiliate path is intentionally fast: apply, review, onboard, earn. The fractional path is intentionally more involved, because the commitment is larger and the documentation is real.
Application to active in days, not weeks.
Submit the affiliate application. Tell us about the audience you reach and how you reach it.
We review for fit. Real engagement, accurate disclosure posture, audience alignment with the WagerBird thesis.
Approved partners receive a tracking link, the creative kit, and dashboard access. Same day in most cases.
Drive qualified traffic, earn commission on first-time conversions, watch the dashboard in real time.
A real conversation before any commitment of capital.
Submit the fractional application. We collect a profile, capital posture, and the kinds of campaigns you would consider participating in.
WagerBird and NetClicks team members meet with you to walk through the program in detail and answer questions specific to your situation.
Qualified partners receive briefs for currently available campaigns. Each brief documents scope, channels, expected reach, and the distribution methodology.
Participation agreements are executed. Onboarding includes attribution setup, dashboard access, and reporting cadence.
Participate in selected campaigns as they go live. New campaigns are surfaced to active partners on a rolling basis.
// FREQUENT QUESTIONS
Standard affiliate questions and fractional questions in one place. Where a specific number is not yet finalized or cannot be promised, we say so directly.
// STANDARD AFFILIATE
The current commission structure is a flat 30% on first-time purchases across Hotsheet, Points Packs, and Trader Plans. Follow-on purchases from the same customer are not commissioned.
Specific rates are documented in your affiliate agreement and may be adjusted from time to time with notice.
// FRACTIONAL MEDIA
// PICK YOUR PATH
// TRACK 01
For partners with audiences and marketing capability. Apply now, onboard quickly, earn commission on first-time conversions.
// TRACK 02 · WAGERBIRD × NETCLICKS
For partners with capital who want exposure to the category without operating a marketing function. Start with a discovery conversation. No participation is committed before the brief is on the table.
WagerBird is an analytics and education product. We do not accept wagers. The WagerBird Affiliate Program and the WagerBird × NetClicks Fractional Media Participation Program are partnership programs, not securities, franchises, or business opportunities under the FTC Business Opportunity Rule. Specific commission rates, distribution methodologies, and campaign economics are documented in the partner agreement and the campaign brief, which are provided during the application process.
Returns are not promised, projected, or guaranteed. Capital deployed into a fractional media participation is at risk to the actual performance of the underlying campaign. Participants should review the participation agreement, the campaign brief, and consult their own legal and tax advisors before committing capital.
Affiliate Program Terms and Fractional Media Participation Program Terms are available on request and will be referenced at Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as they are finalized. Affiliate disclosure obligations apply to all program participants per FTC guidelines.
