NetClicks is an institutional media buying and marketing services firm. The kinds of placements they execute, broadcast television, satellite radio, programmatic display at scale, paid social run as managed campaigns, are normally out of reach for individual marketers. They produce results that an individual cannot achieve, at a price an individual cannot negotiate.

The fractional track exists because of the WagerBird × NetClicks partnership specifically. NetClicks brings the buying capability; WagerBird brings the converting offer (Hotsheet, Terminal, the confidence model). Fractional participants get exposure to both sides of that pairing. The partnership is exclusive: NetClicks does not bring this fractional model to other operators in the sports betting category.
