The Toolkit is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, WagerBird is not liable for losses or decisions that result from using it. Delaware law governs these terms.

What we collect

The first name, last name and email you enter, and standard page and device data from cookies and pixels (for example Meta and Google), such as pages viewed and the ad that brought you here.

How we use it

To send you the Toolkit, to send you WagerBird emails about markets, research and our products, and to measure which ads work. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share advertising and analytics identifiers with advertising partners such as Meta and Google, and with sister brands operated by our affiliate GSI Media LLC. Service providers (email delivery, hosting) process data only on our behalf.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click. Opt out of sharing for advertising by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser or emailing us. Ask to see or delete your information at info@wagerbird.com.

Text messages

We only text you if you separately opt in, and mobile opt-in is never shared. Reply STOP to stop.

The Toolkit comes from info@wagerbird.com. Add that address to your contacts so it lands in your inbox.

Gmail

If it lands in Promotions, drag it to Primary and click "Yes" when Gmail asks to do this for future messages.

Apple Mail and Outlook

Open the email, click the sender's name, and choose "Add to Contacts" (Apple) or "Add to Safe Senders" (Outlook).

Check spam or junk, then mark the email "Not spam."
